What about formatting my application?
Once you have clicked on Full Application Form, you will be prompted for all the information we require for our selection process.
Can I submit an application for more than one position at the same time?
Yes you can. The first time you apply for a position at Envision, you will create a job seeker account with a username and password. You can then use your account to apply for any subsequent positions. More information is available by clicking on How to Apply for Additional Positions on the left navigation menu.
How will I know Envision has received my online application?
When you submit an application, the job will be listed in your “Status of Applications” section letting you know we’ve received your submission.
As soon as we get your application, we take a look at it. If we agree that you may be a good fit for the position you applied for—or if we find that another appropriate position is available—a member of our Human Resources Department will contact you directly.
If we do not have a position that matches your qualifications, your resume will be kept on file for 12 months. If a position becomes available during that time, we will contact you directly.
Please note we will only personally contact those individuals selected for an interview.
My computer shut down while I was sending my application, do I need to resubmit?
If you turn on your computer again to find that you have received a username and a password, then your account was started so you can continue with the application. To be certain, you can click on Status of Applications and see if the job in question shows up in the list.
